Job Description

  • Develop Mattel On-line channel’s category strategy based on insights, market dynamic and brand performance

  • Provide Mattel solution for On-line Toys business based on data mining (POS, competitor, shopper, etc.), including product offering, merchandising and pricing strategy

  • Work out annual calendar to drive Mattel on-line business growth with building blocks (Brand Campaigns, NPDs, Key Festival, Regular promotions, etc.)

  • Deep understanding on e-commerce market dynamic, lead cross function to pilot new initiatives as well as business model exploration (i.e. O2O, Omni-channel, WeChat, etc.)

  • Develop best-in-class On-line assets and VM solution to highly engage with on-line shopper and drive conversion, and export on-line assets and best practice to APAC region

  • Cooperate with MKT and sales on Key festivals and brand campaignplanning & execution to gain share in key on-line customers

    • One Mattel festival (Kids day/6.18/11.11), Based on category dynamic and customer insights, identify Mattel overall strategy (Portfolio, promotion, pricing) to capture the growing opportunities

    • Co-lead with MKT to design campaign per on-line characteristics and brand strategy, to drive brand GMV in key platforms (Super brand day)
