 Following the strategic guidelines and based on experienced online marketing skills the eCommerce and Digital Tools Offer Marketing Leader will support the local country Partner Projects Marketing Managers and eCommerce Central team, in growing their e-business and digital tools through dedicated eDistributors, wholesalers also selling online, e-tailers and retail partners.

What do you get to do in this position?

  •  Key focus is to grow sales and demand of Partner Projects offer in eCommerce, including

 

  • Lead and direct the efforts on offers to include in targeted eCommerce platforms
  • Establish and provide comprehensive e-marketing product data and tools based on the requirements from targeted eCommerce platforms(eDistributors, wholesalers also selling online, e-tailers and retail partners)
  • Ensure consistent product launch rollout/release plans and reporting results to all key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and make recommendations on pricing alignment between wholesalers and eCommerce platforms.
  • Design, propose and jointly implement e-Marketing campaigns with Product Marketing Managers and eCommerce Central team.
  • This position will be responsible for preparing the continuous improvements action plan (SEA, SEO, Mobile Marketing, Google analytics…)
  • Analyze major competitor moves, value chain and business model (GTM) evolution.
  • Lead the preparation of eCommerce communication internally and externally for topics related to product launches & digital transformation of Partner Projects Div.
  • Focus on incremental growth for targeted distributors eCommerce platform (Newark, Allied) and others as identified

     

The eCommerce and Digital Tools Offer Marketing Leader – Partner will be in frequent relations with

 

 

  • Global Partner Projects Strategy and Operations Team – Receive guidance and input to local strategies from the LoBs, Global PP and Operations Team; align with other country eCommerce specialist to share best practices
  • Country eCommerce Central Strategy team -> get fundamentals and strategic inputs and give feedback about market evolutions
  • Lines of Business teams inside Partner Projects -> Create a broad differentiated value proposition for the segment; provide input for offer development; define offer attributes for being suitable for eCommerce business model
  • Digital Customer Experience team -> for leveraging the business thru demand generation, leads management, Configurators, PIM data, digital customer experience define requirements for Partner Projects; be an active part in Digital Customer Experience projects
  • Local eCommerce, marketing and sales, LoB and Country Executives

You will have 

  • Qualifications BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent degree with 5 years experience, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of marketing, sales and/or online sales development experience
  • Experience in developing and leading comprehensive marketing actions plans
    Successful experience in developing customer centric approaches
    Good general understanding of comprehensive e-marketing product data and tools (SEA, SEO, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics…)
    Knowing the e-marketing KPIs and having a general understanding of web analytics
  • Experienced in implementing marketing campaigns and demand generation activities
